Opportunity for Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! This position is virtual or in person!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour
Part-Time: Case by Case basis- with potential to build to Full Time
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Location: Virtual or In Home if within 30 miles

Optimal Care Therapy is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team!

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Illinois certification required LBA
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
