You build the agency’s growth through strong customer relationships, acting as a liaison between client needs and internal departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services. Your role helps customers protect what matters most and supports a community-focused business culture. RESPONSIBILIES Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. No prior experience required. Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 per year.
