As a Server, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service while juggling multiple tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service through friendly interactions and prompt food and drink service.
- Order Management: Take and accurately process customer orders using our restaurant POS system.
- Role Rotation: Rotate responsibilities as a host or food runner as needed to support team efficiency.
- Restaurant Operations: Participate in opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service and well-maintained.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items to assist guests with their selections.
- Table Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas throughout service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant server role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is a plus.
- Must have a positive attitude and a teamwork-oriented mindset.
Schedule
- Full-time availability or Part-time, including evenings and weekends. Especially Sundays.
