Requirements Associatesof Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college oruniversity Currentstate of Texas licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant 6months full-time clinical experience Pediatricsexperience HomeHealth experience preferred Mustcarry valid auto insurance and driver's license. Responsibilities include Providesskilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance withphysician orders Providesskilled occupational therapy services/interventions in the patients homeor daytime facility Schedulessupervision visit(s) with his/her supervising OT according to Texas boardguidelines Collaborateswith all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient Plansfor care to meet goals of the occupational therapy interventions Updatesjob knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, readingprofessional publications, maintaining personal networks, andparticipating in professional organizations.
