Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and reliable Belly Dump / Side Dump Driver to join our team. This role requires an experienced driver with a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, a solid work ethic, and the ability to operate heavy equipment responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate belly dump and/or side dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition
Comply with all federal, state, and local driving regulations and company safety policies
Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation as required
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members
Ensure timely and dependable delivery of materials
Report any vehicle issues, safety concerns, or incidents immediately

Qualifications

Proven experience operating belly dump and/or side dump trucks
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Clean driving record required
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and transportation regulations
Ability to work independently and demonstrate dependability
Strong work ethic with punctual attendance

Preferred Skills

Experience in construction or material hauling environments
Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment troubleshooting
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and job site conditions

Compensation

Pay: Based on experience
