Org Change Sr. Manager, Software & Platforms

Salary: $112,900 - 338,300 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 8 years of Organization Change Management experience.
• We need at least 4 years of experience as a consulting practitioner.
• We need at least 3 years of experience on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives, with GenAI exposure preferred.
• We need at least 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech industry experience.
• We value applied experience using Generative AI to support organizational change work.
• We value experience leading or working in human + digital teams where AI supports analysis, content creation, and decision-making.
• We value experience designing, implementing, and scaling HR and talent processes in technology-enabled environments.
• We value familiarity with AI-enabled HR and workforce tools, including workforce analytics, skills platforms, automation, and future workforce design.
• We value a strong commitment to staying current on emerging technology capabilities, limitations, risks, and governance.
• We expect willingness to travel as needed to support clients.

• We support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including rethinking work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-, automation-, and GenAI-shaped environments.
• We lead and design enterprise change programs that help clients execute and sustain change as roles, skills, and ways of working evolve rapidly.
• We partner with clients to define how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skill shifts, workforce impact, responsible use, and governance.
• We use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption and behavior change, and guide course corrections.
• We design agile, future-ready change strategies that enable new ways of working, including operating models where humans and digital tools work together seamlessly.
• We apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys that can scale through digital and AI-enabled approaches.
• We use Generative AI thoughtfully to accelerate change delivery, including developing, testing, and tailoring engagement content, learning assets, and manager enablement.
• We help clients build durable, scalable change capabilities so they can keep adapting as technologies, business models, and working methods evolve.
