Key Responsibilities Checks electrical units for loose connections Measures and cuts wires and conduits Drills holes for electrical hook‑ups Assists electrician by providing he/she tools needed on the job Helps with the daily power down of project and storage of electrical equipment Follows safety protocols Installs Solar modules, racking, wiring Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required Education High School Degree or GED Experience 1 to 2 years on the job training in a similar role Prior electrical experience preferred Skills & Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record Successful Pre‑Employment Drug and Agility tests Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall Ability to lift 100 LBS or more Successful Background Check State‑wide travel required Ability to decipher between different colors of wiring Ability to use basic electrical hand tools (pliers, electrician scissors, wire strippers, etc) Ability to use electrical equipment like thermal scanners, circuit tracers and multimeters Good listening skills Fine motor skills Good communication skills Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements Full time onsite Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
