PROJECT COORDINATOR
Keep Projects Moving. Ensure Execution Excellence. Be the operational backbone that keeps teams aligned and deadlines on track. About The Role This role serves as the coordination hub across project lifecycles. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure planning translates smoothly into execution. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining clarity, momentum, and structure throughout every phase of a project. Your Impact On Project Workflow Planning & Execution Organise project resources and schedules Remove daily roadblocks to maintain momentum Support alignment between planning and delivery Monitoring & Control Track timelines, budgets, and quality standards Flag risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays early Ensure projects remain on scope and on schedule Project Closing Manage final documentation and reporting Support post-project reviews and “lessons learned” sessions Contribute to continuous process improvement Key Responsibilities Schedule Management: Maintain and update project plans, Gantt charts, and milestones. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Documentation: Prepare meeting minutes, status reports, and project logs. Resource Tracking: Monitor budget spend and team capacity to flag potential bottlenecks. Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required specifications before final delivery.
