UCHealth Medical Group and our collaborative Internal Medicine team in Colorado Springs, Colorado are excited to welcome a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to our growing practice. Position Details

This distinctive position offers an ideal blend of clinical care and care coordination, with approximately:

• 50% In Basket Management: Support continuity of care by managing patient communications, medication refills, lab/imaging follow-up, care coordination, and provider support within the electronic medical record.
• 50% Same-Day Patient Care: Evaluate and treat same-day visits for established Internal Medicine patients, helping improve timely access and patient experience.

• Locations: UCHealth Internal Medicine – Printer's Park in Colorado Springs, CO.
• EPIC EMR is utilized system-wide.

Required:

• 2-3 years of primary care experience required.
• Experience in chronic disease management preferred.
• Experience in women's care is preferred.
• Experience seeing pediatrics preferred.
• Nurse Practitioner candidates must have their full prescriptive authority.

This position offers a competitive compensation package:

• The pay range for this full-time position is $110,576 - $154,807 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. A productivity incentive may be offered for this position.
• Annual Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP) of up to $10,000.
• Relocation bonus of up to $10,000, if eligible.

• Continuing medical education (CME) of up to $3,500 and up to 5 days annually.
