Electrical Superintendent (Data Centers)

As an experienced Electrical Superintendent, you will support a data center project in Baton Rouge, LA, leading daily scheduling and planning, ensuring materials, equipment, and personnel are available, and upholding safety, health, and environmental standards. Responsibilities Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site. Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel to meet project deadlines. Ensure safety, health, and environmental standards are maintained. Manage contractor performance and foster team alignment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience. 10+ years of construction site experience. 9+ years of auxiliary systems experience (Fire Alarm, Access Controls, CCTV, Security). Prior experience managing contractors. Prior experience working on data center projects (preferred). Electronics background with prior industrial site experience. The base salary range for this position is $102,700.00 to $141,200.00, determined by location and other factors.
