Experience: Minimum 2 years required; 5+ years preferred for travelers
License: Active state license required
Certifications: BLS, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program); ACLS and PALS preferred
Must-Have: Experience with neonatal resuscitation preferred; ability to treat all patient types, including adults, pediatrics, and neonates

Description:
The Respiratory Therapist will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients.
On average, the therapist will conduct 10-15 treatments per day.
Experience with ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula is essential.
Familiarity with specific brands such as Servo I, Drager V500, Phillips V60, and Fisher Paykel Optiflow is preferred.
The therapist will cover various settings, including inpatient, emergency department, labor and delivery nursery, and ICU.
A supervisor or lead therapist will be available on each shift for support.
There will be no floating requirements for this position.
The therapist will be expected to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
There is no call or standby call requirement.
The dress code requires any color of scrubs, which are not provided.
The first 12 hours will involve department-specific orientation, followed by training under a preceptor.
