Heartline Staffing is recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for three full-time 2nd-shift opportunities in a long-term care setting in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. This position provides hands-on resident care as part of a nursing team focused on resident safety, communication, respect, and compassionate care.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Long-Term Care Setting
• 2nd Shift Only
• 2:45 PM-11:15 PM
• 30-Minute Unpaid Lunch
• Every Other Weekend
• 12 Holidays
• Paid 4-Week Orientation
• Weekly Pay
• Overtime Available After Successful Completion Of Orientation

COMPENSATION
• Local Pay: $37.00 Per Hour
• Paid 4-Week Orientation
• Weekly Pay
• Overtime Available After Successful Completion Of Orientation
• Overtime Rate: $55.50 Per Hour (1.5x Base Rate)

SCHEDULE
• 2nd Shift Only: 2:45 PM-11:15 PM
• 30-Minute Unpaid Lunch
• Full-Time
• Every Other Weekend
• 12 Holidays

ROLE
• Provide Daily Care To Residents In A Long-Term Care Setting
• Assist With Activities Of Daily Living, Skin Care, Meals And Routine Resident Care
• Record Vital Signs And Resident Responses
• Follow Medication Policies
• Carry Out Physician Orders Accurately
• Communicate Important Resident Information With The Nursing Team
• Use Clear And Respectful Communication Techniques
• Follow Infection Control Practices
• Use Equipment Properly And Maintain Awareness Of Safety And Security Procedures
• Work Under Supervision And Assist Coworkers
• Respond To Direction In A Positive And Flexible Manner Requirements:

Requirements
• Ability To Work Full-Time 2nd Shift, 2:45 PM-11:15 PM REQUIRED
• Ability To Work Every Other Weekend REQUIRED
• Ability To Meet Required Holiday Scheduling REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Direct Resident Care In A Long-Term Care Setting REQUIRED
• Ability To Work Under Supervision And As Part Of A Nursing Team REQUIRED
• Ability To Follow Infection Control, Safety And Security Procedures REQUIRED
• Successful Criminal History Clearances As Required Under The Older Adult Protective Services Act REQUIRED
• Satisfactory PA State Police And FBI Clearance Following Conditional Offer REQUIRED
• Satisfactory Medical Examination Following Conditional Offer REQUIRED
• Satisfactory Drug Screening Following Conditional Offer REQUIRED
