Electrician

Plant Electrician – Cenveo – Cleveland, OH Multiple shifts available (shift assignments may vary based on operational needs/availability). Cenveo, a leading envelope manufacturer, is hiring experienced industrial electricians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay & Schedule Pay Rate $30 - $43 per hour depending on experience + applicable shift premiums 1st shift: 7:15 am - 3:30 pm (Mon - Fri) 2nd shift premium $1.25 per hour: 3:25 pm - 11:25 pm (Mon - Fri) 3rd shift premium $1.50 per hour: 11:20 pm - 7:20 am (Sun - Thu) Flexibility to train on any shift Overtime may be required during busy season or based on business needs Shift availability is subject to change Primary Duties Install, maintain, and repair electrical/electronic systems, wiring, motors, and controls. Troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, AC/DC drives (up to 480 VAC). Read electrical diagrams and modify/repair equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and document work. Support pneumatic/hydraulic repairs and basic machine-shop tasks. Follow all safety procedures and maintain clean work areas. Other duties as assigned/required. Job Requirements Industry-related electrical experience required. 4+ years of electrical diagnostics experience (PLCs, drives, 480 VAC). Ability to read diagrams and perform complex electrical/mechanical work. Advanced troubleshooting, communication, and basic computer skills. Willingness to work overtime or other shifts as needed. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying. Lift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 75-100 lbs. Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue.
