FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

We have an opening for full-time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions at ESFM. Location: JNJ - 3348 Pulliam Street, San Angelo, TX 76905. Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday; may vary. Must work every other weekend. Requirement: prior experience preferred but not required; willing to train. Pay: $15.00 per hour. Job Summary Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment. Essential Functions Maintain knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment. Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface. Use proper procedures for carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Preferred: previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques. Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
