engineers in SAP. The team works off a workbook that they populate and submit to us. We also monitor
some of the metric reports, one of which is called an inactive report; if a project has gone 90 days without
any spend activity, it shows up on this report. We monitor that report and work with the project leads to get
the projects off that report or to resolve any issues. The other report is the missing completes report; Once
we have placed something in service, we have 90 days to complete it and if they haven't completed it within
those 90 days, it shows up on that metric report. Again, this resource/team will work with the project leads
to find out why it hasn't been completed yet, when will it be completed, and we help them resolve anything
such as submitting extensions, submitting the closeout for them. We partner with business area finance,
business area accounting and with Capital asset accounting and supply chain regularly. We also just took
over generating WBS elements or requesting the generation of them via our MDO (master data online) tool.
We do we do a lot of the hands on for anything SAP related for our project engineers and our project leads.
The hiring leader is not requiring that the person be an SAP or MDO expert, however, is looking for people
who have that critical analysis, critical thinking and root cause analysis skill set. We do have a lot of
situations that are 1 off, something could be like what they've done before, with maybe one little piece that
is different from the "normal". This resource will need to work to understand the intricacies of each item.
They also need to be able to work with varying personalities as we have a lot of project leads and they all do
things differently. What are the main technology application/software skills/experience this resource will be required to
possess? SAP and MDO is nice to have, not required. Resource must be proficient with MS office, Excel
(pivot tables), Outlook, Teams, etc., meeting set up, etc. Also, PowerPlan experience would also be nice to
have. What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications required? Resource must have strong proficiency in Microsoft
