Organizational Development Consultant

As an Organizational Development Consultant, you will design and implement leadership programs and trainings that empower our leaders to foster collaboration, enhance team performance, and drive positive patient outcomes. You will partner closely with our executive leaders and department leaders to cultivate a robust leadership framework that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of Emplify Health.

Job Specifics:

Location: 2020 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301 | Hybrid Schedule
Work Schedule: Days. Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays

Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelors degree in a Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, Required. Masters degree, preferred.
• Experience : 3+ years of people leadership/ supervisory experience, Required.
• Candidates must have the ability to demonstrate examples of successful team leadership, including any experience in coaching, fostering team engagement, etc.
• 3-4 years' experience in HR, Organizational Development, training and development, or related
• Prior adult learning experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
• Passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Leadership Education Programs to enhance leadership and drive departmental and organizational objectives.
• Leads and/or collaborates with Human Resource partners to design, develop, and implement HR initiatives.
• Works with leadership to provide performance consultation in assessing and/or enhancing managerial effectiveness.
• Collaborates with selected business partners to design, develop, and implement organization initiatives to enhance system performance.
• Consults with leadership in customizing learning solutions to meet business challenges.
• Consults with leaders of organizational change initiatives about managing the human side of change and crafting strategies for alignment.
