Simpli.fi is currently looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to serve as the driving force that brings our platform's narrative to life. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will bridge the gap between technical innovation and market-facing impact by orchestrating comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product releases.

You are a proactive researcher who stays ahead of the competitive ad tech landscape and a gifted storyteller who can translate complex platform features into value-driven positioning for agency buyers and brand marketers.

In this role, you will define the core message and build the essential sales tools and collateral that empower our sales team to win, ensuring that the Simpli.fi story is told consistently and persuasively across the entire customer journey.

Orchestrate the launch of new product and features by developing comprehensive go-to-market strategy that define target audiences and channel strategies

Create clear and persuasive positioning frameworks that translate technical platform capabilities into value propositions for specific buyer types and verticals

Build and maintain a suite of sales tools and collateral including pitch decks and case studies to help the sales team communicate the product story

Lead training sessions for sales and customer success teams to ensure they understand new features and the specific problems those features solve for users

Monitor the competitive landscape to maintain a deep understanding of rival offerings and provide actionable insights to make informed business decisions that keep Simpli.fi differentiated in the market

Conduct research and gather feedback to document the buyer journey and identify the key factors that influence purchasing decisions and adoption for agencies and brand marketers to provide the business with insights and influence the product team

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to design and implement campaigns focused on acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones

Represent the product line as a subject matter expert through the creation of written content and participation in industry events and webinars

Build trusted relationships across Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to drive execution, influence decisions, and create alignment

5 to 8+ years of product marketing experience

Confident public speaker who is comfortable presenting to senior leadership and an effective writer who can produce clear professional content

Has the communication and leadership skills necessary to gain support for new initiatives and lead cross-functional teams

Comfortable using metrics and performance data to evaluate the success of completed plans and guide future improvements

Capable of finding original ways to position products and tell stories that distinguish the company from its competitors

Consistently views products and features through the eyes of the customer to ensure that all marketing efforts address actual user needs

Skilled at tracking the return on investment for marketing activities and using evidence to identify what is or is not delivering results

Ability to connect daily execution to long-term business goals while anticipating how market changes might impact the product roadmap

Possesses a genuine interest in learning how products work and staying updated on competitive shifts within the advertising technology industry

Has a solution-oriented mindset and can remain productive even when navigating tight deadlines or complex challenges
