Looking to build your welding career in a hands-on, supportive shop? Join our small fabrication team where you can grow your skills and make an impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Weld steel products using MIG, flux core, and solid wire
• Perform flat and vertical welds
• Follow simple instructions — no layout work required
• Check your work to ensure solid, quality welds
• Keep your workspace clean and safe
• Work closely with a friendly, tight-knit team

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months welding experience
• Basic experience with MIG and flux core welding
• Ability to handle entry-level fabrication tasks
• Reliable, eager to learn, and safety-focused

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windber, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
