Job Details: 

• Weekly Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Shifts
• First Shift - Hours: 7 AM to 1 PM or 10 AM to 3 PM
  Second Shift - Hours: 4 PM to 11 PM

Job Summary:

• As a Restaurant Server, you are the face of the restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.
• You need to be knowledgeable about our menu items, attentive to our guests' needs, and committed to providing a high-quality dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
  • Greet guests and present them with the menu.
  • Inform customers about the day’s specials.
  • Take food and beverage orders and make recommendations if requested.
• Order Management:
  • Input orders into the point-of-sale system accurately.
  • Serve food and drink orders to guests.
  • Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation.
• Operational Tasks:
  • Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area.
  • Assist in the kitchen or with the dishwashing if needed.
• Payment Processing:
  • Issue bills and accept payment.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other staff to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Assist other team members when needed to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server is preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Skills:

• A friendly, outgoing personality.
• Customer service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• High attention to detail.

Work Environment:

• The role involves standing for long periods and may require working on weekends and holidays.
