You will partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.What You’ll DoYou'll work individually and in teams with a specific focus on A/E (Architecture/Engineering) Construction focus with emphasis on recruitment strategy leadership, full life-cycle sourcing, and strategic partnership with practice leaders on construction workforce planning. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.Manage a full desk as a full life-cycle recruiter across multiple engineering marketsConsult and support leadership in identifying prospective talentDevelop strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams in order to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiativesIdentify passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs, industry networking, cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and referralsMaintain compliance with all state and federal employment regulationsResearch and maintain knowledge of market trends and best practices in recruitmentSuccessfully execute multiple recruiting project responsibilities with minimal supervisionLead the reinvention of our A/E Construction recruitment strategy with a focus on speed-to-market delivery, building sustainable candidate pipelines, and managing high-volume placement demands across multiple disciplines, project types, and geographic markets • Partner directly with our Architecture and Engineering Construction practice leaders and business development teams to align recruitment initiatives with project pipeline demands, technical skill gaps, and long-term business growth objectives while providing strategic workforce planning insightsMake an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening relationships with our clients and teamWhat You’ll BringA minimum of five years of recruiting and sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environmentA minimum of three years of experience recruiting engineering and technical professionals for the life science industriesExtensive experience with recruiting techniques and employment nomenclatureExperience with current sourcing techniques, and a successful record of placing high quality professionalsA record of accomplishment in identifying, building relationships with, and hiring passive candidatesStrategic recruiting abilities requiring an understanding of the candidate career cycleCreative ability in developing methods to increase touch points with candidates throughout their careersStrong technical skills in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and various internet job boardsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsA willingness to travel periodically to support business needs A bachelor’s degree (preferred)Our culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
