Senior Network Engineer

Salary: $65,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 7+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• We are looking for deep expertise with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and security platforms.
• We need practical experience with F5 BIG-IP load balancers, including LTM, GTM, ASM, and APM.
• We require experience designing and supporting cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• We expect a strong understanding of routing, switching, DNS, SSL/TLS, and core network security principles.
• We need proficiency with scripting or automation for network operations.
• We value strong troubleshooting ability in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
• Preferred: industry certifications such as PCNSA, PCNSE, F5 CA, CTS, or cloud certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Preferred: experience with SD-WAN technologies.
• Preferred: familiarity with zero-trust architectures and modern security frameworks.
• Preferred: experience supporting containerized or microservices-based environments.

• We design, implement, and maintain secure edge network architectures across on-premise and cloud environments.
• We engineer and support Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, GlobalProtect, and advanced security services such as App-ID, Threat Prevention, and URL Filtering.
• We manage and optimize F5 BIG-IP platforms, including LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, and APM modules.
• We architect and support cloud networking solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including VPCs, VNets, Transit Gateways, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers.
• We implement secure hybrid connectivity such as site-to-site VPNs, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and SD-WAN.
• We ensure consistent security and routing policies across multi-cloud and on-premise environments.
• We develop and enforce network security standards, segmentation strategies, and zero-trust principles.
• We monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network, firewall, and load-balancing issues.
• We perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and root-cause analysis.
• We automate network operations using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
• We partner with security, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams on enterprise initiatives.
• We mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance and escalation support.
• We participate in an on-call rotation and assist with critical incident response.
