Painting or maintenance experience preferred Willingness to learn and be trained Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and with a team Industrial or facilities experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout shift Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment Responsibilities Interior and exterior painting projects Prep walls and surfaces for painting Perform basic facility repairs and preventative maintenance Respond to maintenance requests throughout the facility Assist with building upkeep and repairs Move materials, furniture, and equipment as needed Support plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Why This Role?
