Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist Open to applicants of all experience levels New graduates encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Effectively screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develop appropriate plans of care in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice standards. Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions. Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions. Administer therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, ADL retraining, modalities, assistive devices, and other occupational therapy interventions. Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Evaluate treatment outcomes and make referrals when necessary. Educate and counsel patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare providers. Communicate effectively with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress and treatment plans. Complete all required clinical documentation and discharge summaries in a timely manner.
