Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Maintain a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio in accordance with unit standards
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic electronic health records
• Float between like units or sister facilities as needed based on staffing requirements
• Participate in on-call rotations as required by unit needs
• Commit to working designated holidays as outlined by facility scheduling requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Ability to work weekends as required
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of initial submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be granted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Epic charting system
• Experience floating between similar clinical units
• Familiarity with acute care hospital environments
