What We Offer $24.00–$27.00/hour to start, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance $25,000 life insurance — 100% company-paid Short-term and long-term disability — 100% company-paid Retirement program with employer match Stable, family-oriented company — we’ve been in business 27 years A team that actually likes working together What You’ll Do Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy diesel equipment and aerial lifts Assists with emergency field repairs when equipment goes down on a job site Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the shop and work areas Helping troubleshoot mechanical issues under the guidance of the lead mechanic, and coordinating to prioritize what needs attention first Supporting field service and maintenance activities at job sites when required What We’re Looking For 1-3 years working on heavy diesel engines, hydraulics, and/or heavy equipment You diagnose problems methodically — not by throwing parts at it Valid driver’s license with a clean record You communicate clearly, show up on time, and work well with others You’re interested in growing — not just staying where you are Arcon Construction is an equal opportunity employer.
