Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local company to hire an Office Warehouse Clerk . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work and hands-on support in a warehouse setting.

Shifts Available: 2nd shift

What You’ll Do:

Administrative / Office Tasks (Primary Focus):

• Enter and maintain accurate inventory and shipment data

• Prepare shipping documents including labels, packing lists, and receipts

• Assist with order processing and ensure accuracy of outgoing shipments

• Organize and maintain files, records, and warehouse documentation

• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipments and updates

Warehouse Support (As Needed):

• Coordinate movement of materials with warehouse team

• Assist with tracking incoming and outgoing shipments

• Help resolve inventory discrepancies or shipment issues

• Cross-train on equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if interested)

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous administrative, office, or clerical experience required

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with inventory systems is a plus)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking

• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments

• Willingness to spend part of the day in a warehouse environment (not strictly desk work)

• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred, not required

• Forklift experience or willingness to learn
