Recruiter – Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) Job Type: Full Time (Regular) – Level III, II, or I with hourly rates ranging from $22.83 to $30.04. Primary working hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm. Travel is required; a valid driver’s license is mandatory. Applicant must pass an OSBI background check. Responsibilities Work with hiring managers to develop and promote job positions. Source candidates via job boards and career events. Schedule interviews and coordinate interview panels. Conduct pre‑employment checks and verification. Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates. Facilitate on‑site onboarding at state‑operated facilities. Minimum Qualifications and Experience LevelIII Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years of professional human resources management experience, or Master’s degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, public administration, sociology, psychology, or a closely related field plus one (1) year of professional HR management experience, or An equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience must include at least one of: job analysis, position classification, wage/salary and benefits administration, civil rights administration, recruitment or payroll administration. Experiences that were incidental to or not a major responsibility are not acceptable. LevelII Bachelor’s degree plus one (1) year of professional HR management experience, or Master’s degree in one of the listed fields, or Four (4) years of technical HR management experience plus one (1) year of professional HR management experience. Experience must include at least one of: job analysis, position classification, wage/salary and benefits administration, civil rights administration, recruitment or payroll administration. Experiences that were incidental to or not a major responsibility are not acceptable. LevelI Bachelor’s degree, or Four (4) years of technical HR management experience, or An equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Hours and Facility This agency requires 24‑hour, 7‑day coverage. Work hours and location may vary depending on business necessity, including weekends and overtime. The Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health will transition to a new 140,000 square‑foot, 106‑bed hospital slated for completion in spring 2027.
