Requirements Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments, managing systems like training, food safety, inventory, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities include ensuring crew and managers deliver great customer experience, executing sales promotions, training service staff, and organizing front counter, McCafé, and drive‑thru areas. Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities include delivering quality food quickly, ensuring safety, controlling food cost, and training kitchen staff on production procedures. People Department Manager responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training, scheduling, giving a positive start, and recognizing and motivating crew. Preferred: previous managerial experience within restaurant, retail or hospitality. Must be 18+ and able to work flexible schedules in the fast‑paced environment.
