Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates, plans, and implements therapy programs primarily in outpatient settings, focusing on patient-centered care. Responsibilities include performing assessments, developing treatment plans, administering therapeutic exercises, and monitoring progress. Collaborates with healthcare team members and educates patients and families to support treatment goals. Maintains accurate documentation, ensures patient safety, and adheres to policies and evidence-based practices. Provides supervision to PT Assistants and students, promotes a positive patient experience, and maintains professional development. Performs equipment management, instructs on assistive devices, and supports a safe environment. Requires completion of an accredited PT program, licensure, and BLS certification. Must meet physical requirements, including lifting, mobility, and sensory functions, and demonstrate reliability and effective communication.
