Lead HVAC InstallerWe Care Plumbing, Heating & Air (Murrieta) - MURRIETA, CA 92562Salary Range $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 Salary/year Position Type Full Time Travel Percentage Up to 25%DescriptionWe are We Care Plumbing, Heating, and Air, a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for our customers' home's plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems. We have been in business since 2000. We provide a great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention. We continue to grow every year.The primary duties of a Lead HVAC Installer are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
