We are only considering candidates with an active California Field Representative or Applicator license.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties
- Inspect, identify, and treat pest issues efficiently
- Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records
- Represent the company with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
- Active California Pest Control License (Field Rep or Applicator)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to adapt to a flexible, service-based schedule
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish conversational)

PAY TRANSPARENCY
This position is hourly plus commission
Annual Pay Range Based on 40/hr week: $42,000 to $81,600
Requirements:CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS
- Required: unexpired CA Driver's license and clean driving record
- Required: Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator license
