Associate Accountant - Direct Hire (Onsite: Houston, TX)

The Associate Accountant under direct supervision, learns the Company's financial and accounting systems, processes, policies, and procedures. Salary: Up to $80,000.00 per year/depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Learns and prepares basic account reconciliations. Learns organizational structure of the Company. Prepares and posts journal vouchers which may include consolidations and eliminations. Researches and resolves basic accounting issues and transactions. Gathers financial information for report preparation. Job role is developmental and intended to expose incumbents to many aspects of accounting, financial analysis and reporting. Qualifications Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in accounting and no previous accounting experience required.
