POSITION SUMMARY Case Manager - Typically placed on Med-Surg or Tele Floors following Internal Med and Family Med.
PRI & SCREEN certifications (can be taken online through the School of Albany- typically take a couple hours for each certification Cost approx. $300/certification) -
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 37.5 hours per week SYSTEMS Allscripts START DATE
