RN Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit, Full Time Nights General Summary: Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team. Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions. Education/Experience Required: BSN preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel. At least 1 year ICU or 2 years step‑down experience required. Certifications/Licenses Required: Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Health care provider certification (BCLS).
