Caregiver – Flexible Scheduling for CNA/PCA StudentsLooking for meaningful work while you're in school? We can work with your class schedule and other commitments while you gain valuable hands-on experience caring for others.As you gain experience and your availability changes, there may also be opportunities to increase your hours.What We OfferStarting pay of $16.50/hour with a weekend differential for working between 7pm Friday through 7am Monday.Flexible PRN scheduling that can work around your class scheduleChoose assignments and coverage areas that fit your needsAnnual increases based on performanceCaregiver/client matching based on client needs and caregiver fitPaid drive time between clientsMileage paid while running errands or transporting clientsEducation assistance up to $2,500 annually for employees meeting requirements Support available for obtaining PCA or CNA certificationsContinuing education opportunities for license maintenancePaid time off for full-time and part-time employeesComprehensive and affordable health insurance for full-time employees working qualified hoursRetirement plan available to all staffDo I Need a CNA or PCA Certification?Not necessarily!While prior professional caregiving experience is preferred, a CNA or PCA certification is not required for this position.We recognize that valuable caregiving experience doesn't always come from a classroom or a job title.
