Senior Contracts Strategist — Construction & Risk

We're looking for a Contracts Specialist to contribute to contract strategy, negotiations, and risk management across a dynamic, construction-focused environment. This is a high-impact role partnering with Legal, Commercial, and Operations to drive strong business outcomes while protecting the organization from risk. Alvarodo, TX OR Blue Bell, PA What You’ll Do Own the full contract lifecycle – drafting, negotiation, execution, and close-out Lead negotiations on complex agreements with customers and vendors Review and redline contracts with a focus on: Indemnification Consequential damages Liquidated damages Manage construction and vendor contracts with a commercial, risk-balanced approach Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, and Operations Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risk Develop contract templates, standards, and best practices Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on contract strategy What You Bring Strong background in commercial contracts Proven experience with construction and commercial contracts Skilled negotiator with deep understanding of risk allocation Experience working cross-functionally with Legal and business teams Focused on contracts (not procurement, supply chain, or government contracts) Knowledge of UCC and relevant industry standards Compensation Base: $88K-$100K Bonus: ~5-6% + additional performance upside #J-18808-Ljbffr Larson Maddox
