Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking a Therapeutic Youth Mentor to build strong, supportive relationships with youth receiving mental health services. You will model healthy behavior, help youths pursue treatment goals, and lead skill-building activities in various settings. You will document care in the EHR and work with therapists, families, and partners to ensure coordinated care.
