The Hair Fix is a growing, client-focused salon located in West El Paso. We are looking for a talented and motivated Texas Licensed Cosmetologist to join our supportive and energetic team.
If you’re passionate about hair, love making clients feel confident, and want to grow in a positive salon environment — we’d love to meet you!

Provide high-quality hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments
Deliver exceptional customer service
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Stay current with trends, techniques, and products
Build and retain a loyal client base
Qualifications:
Active Texas Cosmetology License (Required)
Strong technical skills in cutting and coloring
Professional, reliable, and team-focused
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Motivated to grow and succeed
