The Opportunity

Were looking for personable organized individuals to help customers navigate reservation requests compare options and keep important details organized from the first inquiry through confirmation.

As a Customer Reservation Consultant youll combine customer service research and coordination to help clients make informed decisions and feel supported throughout the process. Depending on the request you may assist with accommodations transportation activities scheduling or other itinerary-related details.

No previous industry experience is required. Training and continued support are provided.

Your Focus Areas

Customer Communication
Learn what each client needs answer questions and provide clear updates throughout the process.

Reservation Support
Assist with availability confirmations changes and important booking details.

Research & Recommendations
Review options based on client preferences dates and other requirements.

Coordination
Keep schedules confirmations and related arrangements organized and accurate.

Follow-Through
Track pending items and make sure clients receive the information they need to move forward.

Typical Responsibilities

• Respond to customer reservation inquiries
• Gather dates preferences and service needs
• Research and compare available options
• Assist with confirmations and scheduling
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Communicate changes and next steps
• Help with modifications or special requests
• Support lodging transportation activity or itinerary details
• Review information for accuracy before completion
