Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing Center Health Care team in Albany, NY.This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing comprehensive family medicine, working with a diverse & medically complex patient population, and a commitment to providing high-quality and inclusive care. Our practice serves patients of all ages, from newborns and children through adulthood and older age. While we are recognized for our expertise in caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, our practice is open to the entire community and provides primary care services to patients of all backgrounds and abilities.Position Highlights:Full-time salaried positionRegular schedule: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time weeklyExpected patient volume of approximately 16-20 patients per dayCollaborative, mission-driven clinical environmentOpportunity to care for a uniquely diverse patient populationRequirements:Master's Degree in NursingNYS Licensure as a Family Nurse PractitionerProviders participate in a 1-in-3 rotating call schedule and a rotating afternoon assignment at our St. Margaret's Center.
