Property Manager

Our client in the biotech industry is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a specialized commercial property portfolio. This role requires a strong background in property management, vendor coordination, facilities oversight, budgeting, and tenant relations, ideally within highly regulated or technical environments such as biotech, life sciences, or laboratory-based facilities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex building operations while ensuring a high level of service for tenants and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily property operations for biotech and life sciences facilitiesManage tenant relationships and respond to service requests in a timely mannerCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and building improvement projectsSupervise third-party vendors, contractors, and service providersAssist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reportingMonitor lease compliance, certificates of insurance, and property documentationConduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiencyPartner with facilities, engineering, and leadership teams to support specialized infrastructure needsHelp ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company standardsSupport occupancy planning, space management, and tenant onboarding processes
