- 2 years of welding experience
- Able to weld material up to 1/4 inch thick
- Experience reading and interpreting basic blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work instructions.
- Ability to use a tape measure accurately and perform quality-focused work in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform MIG welding on steel components up to 1/4-inch thick.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and production instructions.
- Inspect finished welds to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
- Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding operations.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
- Follow established safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
