This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoys contributing to both a comfortable living environment and a positive dining experience for residents.Why you'll love working with us:Competitive payExcellent benefits packageSupportive, team-oriented work environmentA meaningful role where your care and attention directly improve residents' daily livesOpportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding companyPrimary responsibilities:Housekeeping duties:Maintain the community in a clean, safe, and sanitary conditionPerform routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical spaces, common areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairwaysUse appropriate cleaning chemicals, supplies, and methods in accordance with procedures and state guidelinesProperly operate and maintain housekeeping equipmentTransport trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal areasReplenish cleaning and paper supplies as neededDining attendant duties:Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after mealsEnsure dining rooms are clean, organized, and welcoming for residents and guestsSet tables, deliver meals, and provide friendly, attentive service during dining hoursClear tables, wash dishes, and maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen service areasFollow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all timesAssist residents as needed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable dining experienceGeneral responsibilities:Uphold a warm, respectful, service-oriented approach to residents, visitors, and team membersSupport team members across departments as needed to ensure a high-quality resident experienceRequirements:Requirements:Experience & qualificationsA caring heart and willingness to serve othersHigh school diploma or GED equivalentPrevious housekeeping or food service experience preferredDesire to work with seniors requiredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysQSL Management is an equal opportunity employer / protected veterans / individuals with disabilities.If you're ready to bring care, reliability, and pride to a role where every day makes a difference, apply today.Your next opportunity awaits at QSL!
