DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Baltimore, MD.Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Systems Analyst to support data management, reporting, automation, and technology optimization across the organization. This role will develop dashboards, improve system workflows, integrate data from multiple sources, and create automated solutions that increase efficiency and support business decision-making.Key Responsibilities:* Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports* Manage SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, workflows, and data governance* Automate Excel processes using advanced formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros* Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and related technologies* Integrate, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems* Identify data-quality issues and maintain consistent data structures and documentation* Evaluate current systems and recommend technology and process improvements* Troubleshoot reporting, automation, data, and system issues* Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions* Maintain system security, access controls, and information-management standards* Create process documentation, technical guides, and training materials* Train and support users on dashboards, automated tools, and systemsRequirements* Experience in data analysis, systems analysis, reporting, automation, or a related role* Strong Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development* Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, formulas, and macros* Hands-on experience managing and customizing SharePoint environmentsPreferred Qualifications:* Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools* Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment* Experience with data governance, access management, and reporting standards* Experience automating workflows across Microsoft 365 tools and other systems* Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and data integration tools* Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled productivity tools* Strong understanding of business systems, software applications, and data structures* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills* Excellent attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions* Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical usersKey Competencies:* Data Visualization & Reporting* Power BI & DAX* Advanced Excel* SharePoint Administration* Workflow Automation* Power Automate* Data Integration & Validation* Systems Optimization* Technical Troubleshooting* Process Improvement* User Training & Support* Microsoft 365Job TypeContractCompensation40 - $63
