ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through project closeout Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and operational strategies Coordinate all phases of construction activities to achieve successful project outcomes Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and coordination Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle Manage customer expectations related to schedule, scope, quality, and deliverables Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and issueresolutionsto customers and stakeholders Maintain accountability for overall project financial performance, including WIP, margins, and cash flow Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls Facilitate communication and collaboration between field operations, engineering, customers, and support teams Provide leadership and direction to Construction Managers, Supervisors,Field Inspectors,and field teams;responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc. Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization Performadditionalresponsibilities as needed SUCCESS FACTORS: Ability to travel nationwide A strong belief in ZERO- Beingsafe 100% of the time is the expectation Alignment with company mission, vision, and values A high levelof customer centricity Strong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitude Strong teamplayer with the ability to adapt to diverse team members Ability to perform in a fast paced/high volume environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills A high levelof time management, accountability, and prioritization skills Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented Process improvement skills with the ability to streamline efficiencies within a team environment Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven toaccomplishdepartment goals Leadership skills- ability to lead and motivate a team to meet project goals Proficientknowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) WORK ENVIRONMENT: This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones This roleoperatesout of an environmentally controlled office environment When on project sites, will berequiredto wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 3-5+ years of technical field experienceand/or project management experiencerequired 2-3+ years ofleadership experiencerequired Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent preferred Highschooldiploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide isrequired This position pays between $80,000 and $165,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
