Overview Manhattan Open system, Microsoft Office The Operations Manager II role has a national salary range of $72,000 - $85,000. For roles within California the range is $75,000 to $95,000, and Washington is $80,169 to $95,000. This position is based on a Monday – Thursday schedule (5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.). As an Operations Manager (Operations Manager II) at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. You will implement processes to optimize warehouse operations, lead a team, foster a safe and productive work environment, and drive the overall success of DHL Supply Chain. Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging. Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, standardized processes, and best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency. Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and foster a culture of heightened safety awareness. Compile comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity and accuracy metrics, to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork. Partner with Human Resources and site leadership to ensure a comprehensive hiring process for Supervisors and provide input to support top talent selection. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and prompt fulfillment of customer orders, exceeding expectations. Engage in a strong partnership with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred. 1+ years logistics industry experience, required. 2+ years in a supervisory or management role, required. Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.
