Location: 1580 Commanche Ave, Green Bay, WI 54313
Hours: Full-time .8-1.0 FTE (32-40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday

Job Description:

The Nurse Practice Specialist serves as a clinical expert and educator, dedicated to advancing patient care quality and outcomes. This role involves collaborating closely with physicians, healthcare teams, and staff to enhance clinical effectiveness and cost-efficiency for key patient populations. The Nurse Practice Specialist actively participates in strategic initiatives to promote evidence-based nursing practices and ensure ethical, competent care for patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• MSN required, or BSN from an accredited professional school and active enrollment in an MSN program within six months of start date required
• WI RN license required
• Requires 3-5 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and proven ability in program management and team leadership
