Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Overview Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Requisition Number 229886 Compensation & Bonuses Comprehensive 10‑week training program with starting hourly rate until assigned a route. Solid base salary and commission potential after route assignment. Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek. Majority of work no nights or weekends. Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional and safe conduct. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications & Requirements DOT‑compliant for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Active driver’s license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification. Documentation of prior employment. Physical ability to meet position requirements. High school diploma, GED or equivalent military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and ability to work in a teamwork‑focused environment. Positive attitude with ambition, organization, and service spirit.
