Store Manager Trainee

Overview A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail establishment, ensuring efficient and profitable performance while maintaining high standards of customer service. The role includes supervising staff, managing inventory, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations to achieve profitable performance. Supervise and develop staff to maintain high customer service standards. Manage inventory, budget, sales targets, and expense control. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and licensing requirements. Maintain a positive work environment and foster team development. Location and Schedule Full time, St. Charles 33576, Family Dollar. Shift time from 16.27 to 20.34. Special Licensing Requirements We require specialized licenses for stores that sell alcohol and/or tobacco. Managers may need to provide detailed background information to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages or tobacco products.
