HR Training Coordinator
REPORTS TO: HR Director
POSITION SUMMARY :
Responsible for essential Human Resource onboarding and administrative tasks in relation to Home Health Aide training requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; both written and verbal, time management, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Be self motivated and should need minimal supervision.
- Be detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to multi-task competing priorities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
- Welcome new employees and assist with completing new hire paperwork.
- Review and audit new hire paperwork for accuracy, as needed.
- Create new hire training accounts, assign required coursework, and monitor employee progress.
- Ensure new hires are in compliance with IDOH regulations regarding Tuberculosis testing.
- Assist with coordinating the completion of Home Health Aide tests.
- Collaborate with RN Trainer to schedule new hires for competency skills checkoff.
- Deliver EMR end-user overview training to new hires.
- Assist with monthly in-service completion requirements.
- Provide overall support to new hires through the onboarding process.
- Assist with new hire inquires related to Human Resources, as needed.
